This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the ss304 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any ss304 service, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the ss304 platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ss304. Registration requires accurate and current personal information, including full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accepted identity documents include a valid Malaysian national identity card or passport.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. ss304 will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ss304 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules & Responsibilities
Ss304 users are required to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity through the platform.
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse promotions.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Spreading false information or harassing other users or disrupting platform operations.
- Hacking, breaching platform security, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the ss304 system.
Ss304 reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, should there be any indication of a breach of these terms.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ss304 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following rules govern financial activity on user accounts.
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets. All deposits are credited in MYR. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. ss304 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or accounts not registered in the name of the registered user.
Withdrawal requests are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Full identity verification is required before the first withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the withdrawal method and amount. ss304 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ss304 are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawal of bonus winnings is only permitted after wagering requirements have been fully met. ss304 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void related winnings if a user is found to have abused a promotion or violated the applicable terms.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Ss304 is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or other damages suffered by users as a result of platform use, service disruptions, technical failures, or force majeure. Where ss304's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the platform's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss304 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Valid balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be fully forfeited. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with the platform's current policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the ss304 platform are the exclusive property of ss304 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from ss304.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The ss304 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. ss304 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. ss304 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via account notifications. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
